Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

The clinic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. The full fee will be charged if you fail to attend, cancel or reschedule your appointment within this time frame. Discounts for FF members has already been factored into the fees.

Treatment Packages

The great news is, you may use each appointment as and when necessary. There is no time limit! Once you have paid, you are free to use your discounted appointments as often as you like, or save them for check ups. Payment is to be taken in full for the option you would like. The discount package is non-refundable.

Social Media Policy

Photography, video recording and audio recording during appointments is not permitted. Recording for sharing publicly on social media is forbidden. Appointments are a safe space to discuss and perform a treatment plan in a trusted environment.

At times, it may be necessary to take photos when highlighting a specific issue. e.g. the change in shape or colour of a mole. In these scenarios, we will always obtain patient consent. Pictures will be stored in patient notes, shared with the patient or deleted immediately, as directed.

Billing Policy for Insurance Providers

Patients are required to pay for their appointments. Unfortunately, the practice doesn’t provide direct billing.

Please inform the team when booking that you would like to use an insurance provider. To claim against your policy, we need to ensure we have a provider agreement in place.

We’ll issue a paid receipt (pdf), enabling you to claim the amount back from your insurance provider in line with your policy.

This policy has been in place since 2017 due to lengthy payment processes and mistakes, which has left the practice with considerable unpaid administration costs.

We hope you understand that patients all have vastly different policies, which inevitably leaves the practice dealing with policy excesses and partial payments that frankly have nothing to do with us.
